Do you blog? Write an article based on one of your blog posts, then write an ebook that expands beyond the article.
From there, experiment with tinkering with some of the same ideas to create a training session in MS PowerPoint or develop templates and tools for managers and leaders to effectively implement the training.
That may even lead to a mini-conference or half-day workshop on the topic with sessions by other business leaders on related topics where you can piggyback on their contacts and connections as you work together.
